Final Digipak

Digipak Construction pt3

This is my Digipak poster. I feel it needs to be developed more. I think the name can be a bit more creative and act as more of a logo. I also think the release date can be more bold.

Digipak Construction pt4

I have changes the placement of the name to create a more authentic look. I kept the black and white theme as well as adding grain to the images making them more fitting. I think I need to add more little touches such as a copyright logo. This will increase the authenticity and look more professional.

Digipak Construction pt2

I have made my first panel. I like the black and white colouring and want to keep this theme in the creation of the digipak. I want to keep the grainy effect as well as I feel it compliments the style of the artist.

Digipak Construction

Here is my template I have made for my Digipak. I want to create the same atmosphere as the song and album name which is "grime and grit"

Editing- outtake cuts

We decided to include out takes used when we were filming. Looking at other music videos I found that the frequently include things like this to break the intensity of the video.

Editing- Production

This is our first bit of editing we did. This was challenging as we made a time-lapse clip as well as standard editing. The main difficulty was syncing it up with the song, this was very time consuming as keeping the video on the beat was not easy to do.

Editing- Rough Cut 1

This is my first cut for my music video. I want to improve some of the elements used in the video. I want to increase the amount of cuts used to create a faster paced video in some parts. Including bloopers will create a more atmospheric video and increase the authenticity of it by making it look more legitimate. I also feel the time-lapse used is out of place and doesn't reference anything else in the video. I still like the idea of using a time-lapse, but I want to change it to feel more linked to the song and themes of grime and grit.
